Drafting
Our design team works alongside the project engineers to take a client’s plans and ideas then translate them into technical and mechanically sound CAD drawings. The team liaise with the client to adapt and alter drawings of pre-existing structures to ensure the new works tie in to the old.
Fabrication
Our 5000sq feet workshop is fully equipped and staffed with time served multi-disciplined engineering craftsman, including plating, fabrication and most forms of welding. All our steel work conforms to EN BS 1090 and our weld procedures are reviewed at least annually.
Installation
We have a dedicated team of onsite workman including welders and mechanical fitters. They all hold CSCS card as well as other nationally recognised qualifications such as:-
- Pasma – tower user
- C & G confined space
- CPCS slinger/signaller
- Clean water cards
Our SSSTS trained site supervisors run teams of two or three operatives and are first aid trained.
In order to offer a joined up service we offer lift planning, in-house crane lift supervisor and an appointed person.
